GolfWorks Maltby TS4 Adjustable Driver Head
The Maltby KE4 TC Pro Adjustable Driver is a traditional “pear” shaped 440cc driver head engineered to produce a low/mid spin, mid launch option into the KE4 TC driver line. The KE4 TC Pro is designed to provide maximum distance for stronger players and or players with excessive golf ball launch angles and or spin rates.
Precision Cast - The KE4 TC Pro driver features a precision cast Beta 8-1-1 titanium body with a forged 6-4 titanium face. Beta 8-1-1 Titanium possesses the highest tensile strength and lowest density of any other titanium alloy to provide superior strength while maintaining elasticity. The increased flexibility of the very thin .6mm driver crown helps preserve the golf balls energy at impact in exactly the same way as a thin, flexible titanium face achieves higher ball speeds at impact. A 6-4 titanium Variable Face Thickness (VFT) face delivers faster ball speeds from off center as well as center impacts.
Clubheads
The forged 6-4 Titanium produces a very pleasingly solid yet soft feel at impact. Years of marketing hype in the golf industry have misled consumers into thinking that Beta titanium is a superior face material for titanium drivers. This is simply not true. 6-4 Titanium, while slightly less expensive than most Beta material, produces the same ball speeds only with a much better sound and feel.
Trajectory Control (TC) - The KE4 TC Pro adjustable CNC milled aluminum hosel features 8 different settings to fine tune your ball flight trajectory and golf shot dispersion. The KE4 Tour TC adjustable hosel allows for loft settings of +/- 1° from the static loft of 9° providing a 8° to 10° loft range to suitably fit a wide range of players.
Optimum Center of Gravity - The vertical and horizontal center of gravity of the TC Pro driver is located in the center of the club face for maximum distance and repeatable trajectory on center hits. The TC Pro driver does not require the ball to be struck slightly higher and on the toe of the club face to reduce the vertical and horizontal gear effect of the club head at impact.
GolfWorks Maltby TS4 Forged Irons
The Maltby TS4 Forged Irons are true billet forged, using a Precision multi-step Forging process to produce very precise parts. Designed to be a pure players blade design that delivers performance and feel unlike any other muscle back iron head. This incredible playability and direct feedback comes from a detailed focus on the mass and dimensional characteristics of the design and creates an optimized center of gravity location in each head. Combined with the modern players loft specifications, the TS4 produces tour level trajectories, distance and feel.
The TS4 head design is a forged 1025C carbon steel and is co-forged with internal tungsten weight positioned low and towards the toe in the #3 thru the #8 iron to optimize the center of gravity location. CMC (Ceramic Matrix Composite) is strategically positioned in the #3 thru #8 irons as well to further optimize CG location and enhance the tour level feel. Combining carbon steel, tungsten and CMC, pioneered by the Maltby brand and utilized first in the TS4 iron, significantly improves the playability and feel of this tour level muscle back design. The CNC milled face and “MG” (Multi-Groove) Technology ensures face flatness and places more grooves on the face for improved consistency. The sole is CNC milled to provide precise sole angle and radius specifications throughout the set. The TS4 features a modern tour leading edge grind and 4 way radius sole as well as graduated sole angles (bounce) to provide optimal turf interaction.
In the playing position, the TS4 irons present a traditional, classic players blade profile that will appeal to high level players as well as any level of player that prefers a traditional look at address. In addition to the look, the TS4 provides a high level of playability (Super Game Improvement performance), a hallmark of Maltby Design.
GolfWorks Maltby STi2 Gen 2 Irons- Right or Left
The STi2 GEN 2 irons fall into the Super Game Improvement Design category and provide enhanced playability for a wide range of golfers. STi2 irons offer a pleasing and confidence building mid-sized profile featuring an undercut cavity to produce a low (.729") and deep center of gravity location for optimal distance and control. A four way radius sole design allows for great turf interaction in any type of course condition.
Features:
- GEN 2 features greatly improved aesthetics for 2025.
- Precision cast from soft 431 Stainless Steel for a soft "forged" like feel and easy adjustability
- Variable Face Thickness (VFT) Design increases ball speeds on off center impacts
- Progressive offset enhances the playability of each club in the set. Longer irons have increased offset (.138") to help square the clubface at impact progressing down to .098" offset in the higher lofted scoring clubs for improved alignment
- Progressive Undercut Cavity Design places more weight to the rear and perimeter of the club head for high launching shots and increased directional control
- A Silica Gel Vibration reducing insert inside the undercut cavity of the #4 thru #7 irons absorbs unwanted shock on off center hits and produces a confidence adding, extremely solid sound and feel at impact
- Optimal bounce angles and sole widths help reduce fat shots without negatively affecting playability
- "MG" (Multi Groove) Technology places more grooves on the face for improved consistency in both trajectory and spin.
- Available in RH and LH options.
GolfWorks Maltby KE4 Tour TC Hybrids
The Maltby KE4 Tour TC Hybrids offers an easier to hit replacement for those hard to hit long irons and higher lofted fairway woods.
The overall shape and volume of the KE4 TC was modeled similar to our best-selling KE4 Tour hybrids only with increased playability through improved weight distribution and progressive center of gravity locations to help produce consistent initial launch angles. Positioning internal weight further back on the 2H (17⁰) hybrid and progressively moving the weight forward on 3H (19⁰), 4H (22⁰) and 5H (25⁰) helps to provide a more consistent trajectory for improved distance control. Additionally, as with all the KE4 hybrids and wood heads, an interchangeable 4 gram weight is added deep and rearward on the sole to allow for fine tuning of swing weight, head feel and trajectory.
The KE4 TC Hybrids feature a very thin 2.4mm High Strength Steel 455 VFT Cup Face to increase ball speeds and produce a solid sound and feel. The crown of the KE4 TC Hybrids features a scalloped crown design to lower the center of gravity for improved launch conditions and increased aerodynamics. A 4 way radius sole design is very turf friendly from any type of turf condition.
GolfWorks Maltby TSW Forged Wedges
Tour Inspired Profile - The Maltby TSW True Forged wedges sport a "player preferred" profile with a exceptionally clean look in the playing position. A squared "tour rolled" leading edge and minimal .040" offset frames the golf ball at address for easy alignment and improved confidence. The TSW wedges have a thin top line with a bead blasted finish preferred by better players and purest of the game. A durable brushed satin polished finish reduces glare and helps to hide club chatter marks.
Dual Sole Design The Maltby TSW True Forged Wedges feature a full relief sole design inspired by a 2 time major winner on the PGA tour allowing skilled players maximum face angle manipulations for a full array of golf shots from the fairway and around the green. The TSW's designed sole width combined with the relieved sole grind and optimal bounce angles provides great performance from a wide variety of turf and sand conditions for players of all skill levels.
5 Step Forging Process - The Maltby TSW Forged Wedges are the first true forged Maltby wedges manufactured by a 5 Step Precision Forging Process. The 5 step forging process uses 5 separate SKD61 (a special high chromium steel alloy tool with high hardness and wear resistance) tooling dies for each loft in the series for extremely tight weight and shape tolerances that require very little surface polishing. Each step of the 5 step precision forging process is temperature controlled to produce the best possible density and internal grain structure of the 1025C Carbon Steel part.
CNC Milling - The Maltby TSW wedges feature a CNC milled face to ensure face flatness for more consistency regardless of impact location. Micro U Shaped Grooves allow for more grooves on the hitting surface than traditional wedges to increase backspin and provide greater accuracy and control, especially on the less than full shots from the fairway and around the green.
